6 Year Limited Warranty          

Excel Boats warrants to the original owner that each hull, for a period of (6)
years; and each trailer, for a period of one year, will be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal recommended use. 

During this period, warranty repairs will be made without charge by The
Excel Boat Company.  Transportation charges to and from The Excel Boat
Company are the responsibility of the owner. 

All repairs made under this warranty are subject to authorization
by an officer of The Excel Boat Company.  All other obligations or liabilities,
including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential
damages are hereby excluded. 

This warranty does not apply to abuse, negligence, carpet, upholstery,
super liner, painted finishes, or to equipment and accessories not
manufactured by The Excel Boat Company.

Notice - Rivertrail Boat Company Customers

Note: The Excel Boat Company is a new company with a new line of boats, new factory, equipment and personnel, and not associated in any manner with Rivertrail Boat Company in Clinton, Arkansas that built a line of boats with the Excel name up until Februrary 2008. The company was destroyed by a tornado and subsequently went out of business. We have received some warranty requests related to Rivertrail and the boats they built. Although we are a new company and in no manner associated with Rivertrail or the Excel boats they built, we will be happy to assist customers with questions related to boat repairs, how to match paint, generic replacement parts,and in some cases able to do minor boat repairs at reasonable costs, but are not able to perform any warranty repairs for the defunct
Rivertrail Boat Company.
