3 Year Limited Warranty

          Excel Boats warrants to the original owner that each hull, for a period of (3) three years, and each trailer, for a period of one year, will be from defects in material and workmanship under normal recommended use.  During this period, warranty repairs will be made without charge by The Excel Boat Company.  Transportation charges to and from The Excel Boat Company are the responsibility of the owner.  All repairs made under this warranty are subject to authorization by an officer of The Excel Boat Company.  All other obligations or liabilities, including loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss and consequential damages are hereby excluded.  This warranty does not apply to abuse, negligence, carpet, upholstery, super liner, painted finishes, or to equipment and accessories not manufactured by The Excel Boat Company.
